Kainaat Arora, the starter in the Bollywood movie industry was held on December 2 in 1986 in Saharanpur in the Indian province of Uttar Pradesh. Before joining the acting industry, Kainaat had actively taken part in the modelling industry. When I am sixteen years old, Kainaat moved to Delhi, where she learned merchandising at the esteemed National Institute of Fashion Technology. While she was ongoing, she began receiving several modelling offers.

She had been a model for Cadbury, Maruti 800, Lux and several other companies and trade names. In fact, there was a time when she utilized to get payment of the higher amount as a model in New Delhi. A year after, in 2011she played in Venkat Prabhu Tamil film directed action thriller entitled "Mankatha 'featuring Premji Amaren, Anjali, Andrea Jeremiah, Lakshmi Rai, Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja and Ajith Kumar.

In 2013, she starred in a comedy film in the Grand Masti adult comedy, led by Indra Kumar and starring Maryam Zakaria, Bruna Abdullah, Manjari Fadnis, Sonalee Kulkarni, Aftab Shivdasani, Vivek Oberoi and Ritesh Deshmukh. This movie, which is a suite with 'Masti' with the chronicle of three married men goes on a fun and exciting experience in their confluence at the college Shree Lalchand University of Science and Technology (SLUTS) facing a diversity of problems. Forthcoming movies include "Hate Story 2," directed by and starring Vishal Pandya Sushant Singh, Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali. It has also contracted for the next project AneesBazmee entitled "Welcome Back", a comedy film, and we would Shruti Hassan, Paresh Rawal, Nana Patekar, John Abraham and Anil Kapoor in the casting team.
